Calming Minds Hypnotherapy is delivered as a structured 3-session process.
Sessions are typically spaced one week apart, allowing the brain time to reset and reinforce new patterns.
The first session begins with a free initial assessment.
If the approach feels right for you, the session naturally flows into the hypnotherapy process.
This session can run up to 120 minutes, allowing time to understand your nervous system, explain the approach, and complete the trance work without rushing.
