Calming Minds Hypnotherapy is designed as a simple, step-by-step process to help your mind shift out of stress mode and back into calm.  

You don’t need to commit upfront or force anything — you simply begin, experience the change, and decide what feels right for you.  

Sessions are typically spaced one week apart, allowing your nervous system time to settle and strengthen new patterns.

The majority of clients choose the discounted 3-session program, available at a reduced rate of $450.  

There is absolutely no pressure to continue — you are free to stop at any time.  Many people notice a sense of calm even after the first session. From there, each session builds on the last, helping to reinforce a more settled, balanced state of mind.
